Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If you experience problems we cannot resolve, you are entitled to a refund under the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of activation.
  • The issue must be on our side (server-down, channels missing, credentials not working). Issues caused by your internet connection, ISP, VPN, or device limitations do not qualify.
  • You must give us a reasonable chance to troubleshoot on WhatsApp before a refund is issued.

Not eligible

  • Refund requests outside the 24-hour window.
  • Subscriptions where credentials were shared beyond the device limit.
  • Reseller credits and promotional plans (unless specified at the time of purchase).

How to request a refund

Send a message on WhatsApp to +212 631 666 164 describing the issue, the device you tried, and any error messages. We will reply within a few hours and either fix the issue or refund you using the same payment method you used to subscribe.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
