1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using a Zyvora IPTV subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not subscribe to our service.

2. Service description

Zyvora IPTV provides an internet protocol television (IPTV) service that lets subscribers stream live channels, video on demand, and series over the internet. The service requires a stable broadband connection and a compatible device.

3. Subscription and payment

All subscriptions are paid in advance and handled directly through WhatsApp with our team. Prices are listed in USD on our pricing page. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions.

4. Account credentials

After payment is confirmed, we send credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes) to the WhatsApp number you contacted us from. You are responsible for keeping those credentials private. Sharing them outside the device limit of your plan may result in suspension without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service unless you are signed up to our reseller program. You may not use the service to violate any law in your country of residence.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Buffering and channel issues are often caused by the subscriber's internet connection, ISP throttling, or local device. Contact us on WhatsApp for troubleshooting.

7. Content responsibility

We do not host content. We aggregate streams that are publicly available. If you are a rights holder and believe a stream infringes on your rights, see our DMCA Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Zyvora IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The latest version is always published on this page.
